Respond directly to BJGP Open articles

Click the eLetters tab on the relevant article page, and 'Submit a Response to This Article' (maximum 350 words). We aim to publish accepted eLetters within 3 working days. Content may be edited. eLetters do not receive a DOI and will not be indexed in PubMed. If an eLetter raises a material criticism of an article, a copy may be sent to the authors of the original article in advance of publication of the eLetter. This is done at the editorial team's discretion, in order that the authors have an opportunity to prepare a considered and timely response. We reserve the right not to publish content that is considered inappropriate, offensive, or defamatory.
