They will fit one of the following three profiles:Paramedics working in primary care within the UK Adult patients in the UK who have had contact with a paramedic within a 3-month window before the start of data collection around the case (paramedic) Healthcare professionals and administrative staff employed in primary care in the UK or who work alongside a paramedic
| Adult patients experiencing significant psychosocial difficulties that would make it unreasonable to invite them to take part in the research |
