In the Research article by Hansen et al. GPs’ drug treatment for depression by patients’ educational level: registry-based study BJGP Open 2021; DOI: https://doi.org/10.3399/BJGPO-2020-0122, the Results section incorrectly stated "Women with high and medium education were less likely to receive drugs (crude HR = 0.94; 95% CI = 0.90 to 0.99, and HR = 0.86; 95% CI = 0.81 to 0.90, respectively) compared with women with low education (reference), Table 3.”
The results for high and medium education were given the wrong way around; instead, the sentence should have stated: “Women with medium and high education were less likely to receive drugs (crude HR = 0.94; 95% CI = 0.90 to 0.99, and HR = 0.86; 95% CI = 0.81 to 0.90, respectively) compared with women with low education (reference), Table 3.”
In addition, in Figure 2 the Y-axes of the graphs incorrectly read “Patients (%) treated with drugs”. These should instead read “Patients (%) not treated with drugs.”
We apologise for these errors. The online version has been corrected.
